Meet Broker Kim Nguyen
Kim was born in Saigon, Vietnam in 1960 and has lived in the Northern CA Bay Area since 1984. Kim received a Bachelor of Science, Computer Science (BSCS) and a minor in Mathematics from California State University, Fullerton. Involved in the software industry since 1984, Kim held first and second line management positions in engineering during 1993 through 2004 at various companies in the Bay Area. As original founder and current owner of NST Realty & Mortgage, Kim holds a Brokers License from the California Department of Real Estate. She has been actively participating in many private and professional organizations throughout the years and enjoys working with families. Kim has been married to Ngoc for 22 years and together they have three children.
